The Kalevala party at the school on Feb. 23rd, 2007. Included in the programme were harmoica playing and folk music performances by the pupils.
The photos show Erkki Vihinen playing 'festive polonaise' on the harmonica. Some of the staff had wore national costumes, from the left: Viipuri, Pyhäjärvi, Ladoga (Karelia), a folk musician's costume, Central Finland, Padasjoki and the festive dress of a Carelian woman. Below: Pupils playing folk music using traditional instrument, kantele.
