Accommodation -
Leisure time
The students are accommodated in a home
with staff, who gives support and encourages the children on their
way to adulthood. Each pupil has a room to himself. We offer
the pupils:
- secure, stimulating surroundings, high quality basic care to support
individual education
and rehabilitation
- tutoring in independent living skills
- a variety of leisure time activities, including choir, riding,
handicrafts, playing in a group, swimming, carpentry, goal ball,
scouts, musical get-togethers and gym. Leisure time activities are
supervised by a leisure time instructor, other instructors and
educators in the dormitory.
- the tenth grade pupils live in one-room flats and are given individual
guidance in independent living skills
- possibility to develop social skills in a peer group
Co-operation with parents is highly important.
